Prairie Crossing

Keith Kirley

Prairie Crossing is a low density planned agricultural community northwest of Chicago located near the intersection of two existing commuter rail lines. Keith Kirley’s 2011 graduate thesis proposes two new train stations, between which, fronting a town square, he locates a market hall for the sale of locally grown produce.
